Eggnog Banana Bread
Simple banana bread with a holiday twist using store bought Eggnog. Perfect for gift giving!

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- 1/2 cup Avalon eggnog
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 Avalon egg
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Mash the bananas using a forks and a immersion blender.

Blend in egg, honey, olive oil, and eggnog.

Add all dry ingredients and blend well.

Pour batter into a loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
