Eggnog Banana Bread

Simple banana bread with a holiday twist using store bought Eggnog. Perfect for gift giving!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup Avalon eggnog
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1 Avalon egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Mash the bananas using a forks and a immersion blender. 

  3. Blend in egg, honey, olive oil, and eggnog. 

  4. Add all dry ingredients and blend well. 

  5. Pour batter into a loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
