Kefir Smoothie Bowl
Course: Breakfast, Dessert, Side Dish
  • 2 Cups Avalon French Vanilla Kefir
  • 2 Cups Frozen Fruits
  • Toppings optional and based on preference: Granola, Almond, Pumpkin Seeds, and Fruits.
  1. In a blender, blend together Avalon French Vanilla Kefir and frozen fruits.
  2. Pour into a pour and top with preferred toppings such as granola, nuts and seeds, and fruits.
