Hello, I\'m really enthusiastic about your milk products in glass bottles. I am most excited about the whole milk version. I am curious however... What is the fat content of this milk, of non-homogenized milk that is, not including the cream on top?

I just purchased as usual all these year your organic whole milk. For the first time , this week I got a bottle , I am so disappointed with the milk as I could not taste milk anymore, what is happening!! It is so runny, I could not consume it and the jar sits in the refrigerator. I would really appreciate an answer please. Thank you , please dont let me lose trust in your products.

Every time I come to BC I have to have Avalon milk for my daily need. This Whole Milk with the thick cream on the top, at times is even hard to start pouring it out, so thick the layer of cream is. Tasty milk and.... I just love the bottle it comes in. Thank you for keeping the tradition alive.
