    Why do not list your ingredients? When you remove highly inflammatory carrageenan from your products I will buy again, but for now I will go elsewhere.

    I found the ingredient list for your sour cream on another website and was disappointed that it was thickened with tapioca starch, carageenen, AND guar gum. All these are ingredients that I avoid. I love your milk, cream, etc., but I would never buy this product because of those ingredients. Too bad.
